screenmyform.com checks incoming Word documents, PDFs and online forms against a team's requirements. It finds missing information, gives specific corrections and sends uncertain cases to a person for review.
The team sets up its process once, then receives submissions through uploads, online forms or email. Reviewers can see the original document, the result and the recorded decisions.
How you earn
- Agree your referral terms. Contact us before introducing customers so we can record your referrals.
- Introduce a new paying customer. We arrange access and help them choose a plan for their documents and volume.
- Get paid after their first year. Once they complete twelve paid months, your reward is 50% of the subscription revenue collected for that year.

The reward terms
This is a planned programme with enrolment arranged individually. Rewards exclude VAT, refunds and credits. A customer leaving before completing twelve paid months does not qualify. New customers only; self-referrals and existing customers do not qualify. Attribution and payment details are agreed before referrals begin.
