How screenmyform.com checks documents
1. Start with the document your team uses
A document template is the empty Word or PDF form before anyone fills it in. A completed example shows what people actually submit. Upload .docx or .pdf files up to 10 MB; PDFs can have up to 10 pages for automatic checking. Read the file support FAQ.
2. Set and review your requirements
Choose required answers, number or date limits, and explain checks that need interpretation. A template can also become a web form. Review suggested fields and guidance before relying on them.
3. Receive a submission
People upload their Word or PDF document or complete the configured web form through your organisation’s submission page. They provide an email address with a document submission.
4. Use the result
- Accepted
- The submission passed the configured checks. Staff can then process it or make a separate business decision.
- Returned
- The submitter receives specific information about answers that need correcting.
- Human judgment
- A person needs to examine the document, for example because an answer could not be read reliably.
AI interpretation can make mistakes. Exact checks and human review serve different purposes.
